Collection Day information and How to request a Cart/bin
Collection of your recycling occurs on the same day as your trash pickup and varies by community and where you live within your community. The following is information for each of the RRRASOC member communities.

Farmington:

You may also call the DPW to request a new or extra recycling cart/bin.
Leaf vacuum service is available.

Farmington Hills:

Milford:
Collection day is Tuesday. Click here for more information. For bins, contact the Village Offices (248) 684-1515.

Milford Township:
Collection day is Wednesday. Click here for more information.
For bins, contact the Township Offices (248) 685-8731.
For 64-gallon recycling carts, contact GFL Environmental Services at (844) 464-3587. Cart fee: $75 paid to GFL Environmental Services.

Novi:
The City of Novi contracts with GFL Environmental USA to be the sole provider of trash, recycling, yard waste and bulk item collection. The route map can be found here.

Southfield:
If you live between:
12 and 13 Mile Roads – your pick-up day is Monday.
11 and 12 Mile Roads – your pick-up day is Tuesday.
10 and 11 Mile Roads – your pick-up day is Wednesday.
9 and 10 Mile Roads – your pick-up day is Thursday.
8 and 9 Mile Roads – your pick-up day is Friday.

If you live NORTH of the center of Lake St (10 Mile) – your pick-up day is Monday.
If you live SOUTH of the center of Lake St (10 Mile) – your pick-up day is Tuesday.

Walled Lake:

For all member communities, no service is provided on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas DAY
Collections for those days and any day of the week following that holiday will be delayed by one day.
